Laguardia attends ‘Petrang Kabayo’ victory party
MANILA, Philippines – Outgoing Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) chairman Consoliza Laguardia unexpectedly arrived at the victory party of “Petrang Kabayo” where resident “Showtime” judge Vice Ganda is the lead star.

Vice Ganda was obviously surprised upon seeing Laguardia who even offered him a horse figurine.
Touched by the MTRCB chair’s act, Vice Ganda invited Laguardia to be a guest judge on the noontime show.
The 2 figured in a disagreement before when Laguardia issued a statement that the MTRCB would monitor him because of his double-meaning remarks on television.
The actor-host found the MTRCB’s treatment of singling him out as unfair.
